Oysters Kilpatrick Topped with bacon and Worcestershire sauce and grilled. Oysters Epinard Topped with spinach, sour cream, cheese and grilled. Garlic Prawns King prawns cooked in a creamy sauce and served with a timbale of pilaf rice. Sweet & Sour Crispy Duck Deep fried pieces of duck in a light orange batter, served on noodles and sprinkled with a sweet and sour orange sauce. Avocado, Prawn Waldorf Salad Avocado, Prawn, on a walnut, celery and apple salad with a caramelised lemon, balsamic and olive oil dressing Salt and Pepper Squid Tender salt and peppered squid, deep fried in a lemon batter and smothered with a chilli plum and ginger sauce. Fettuccini Carbonara Fresh pasta folded through a light garlic, egg, cream and bacon sauce finished with freshly grated parmesan. MAINS All main meals are served with vegetables Lamb & Wild Berry Tender backstrap of lamb, sauteed & served on a pumpkin, sweet potato, garlic mash with a red wine, rosemary, demi-glace and wild berry sauce. Steak Esplanade Tender fillet steak cooked to your liking and topped with a creamy garlic sauce with king prawns. Chicken Smoked Salmon au Poivre Succulent chicken breast filled with green peppercorn cheese and smoked salmon, oven baked and smothered with a light brandy, cream, peppercorn and smoked salmon sauce. Plain Fillet Steak Tender fillet steak cooked to your liking, and served with either chef's special pepper or diane sauce. Prawns Mediterranean King prawns sauteed with garlic, chilli, capsicum, egg plant, kalamata olives, anchovies, tomao and white wine and finished with fetta cheese and a timbale of pilaf rice. Fish of the Day Fresh fish fillets grilled and served with lime, lemon pepper and mint butter. Greek Salad An array of lettuce with tomato, olives, onion and fetta cheese drizzled with olive oil. Basket of Fries DESSERTS Sticky Date and Macadamia Pudding Home-made sticky date and macadamia pudding, smothered with a butterscotch sauce and served with icecream. Creme Brulee Home-made creme brulee served with greek shortbread and chantilly cream. Death By Chocolate Chef's special recipe mud-cake, served warm with a rich chocolate sauce, chantilly cream and icecream. Mixed Berry and Port Crepe An array of berries in a port sauce, nestled in a fine crepe and served with icecream and chantilly cream. Raspberry, White Chocolate & Kahlua Cheesecake Homemade cheesecake served ona bed of raspberry coulis with chantilly cream. Cheese Platter Various gourmet cheeses, served with fruit and crackers.
