I have had an association with Holly from Bayinfo since 2003, after I signed up to put my business on her site. During this time I have been very impressed by the way the Bayinfo Information Technology Support Service conducts business. Holly responds very quickly to my requests or questions, and has gone out of her way to give me advice and suggestions regarding the management of my website.

One such situation was the upgrading of my software to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat so I could view PDF files, which I was having great difficulty with.  The Help desk contacted me, via phone and email, on numerous occasions to assist me with the upgrade.

I work from home in two part-time positions which require me to perform a wide-range of functions on my computer. Although I have some computing experience inevitably, on occasions, I encounter a problem which requires the assistance of someone who is expert in the field.
