Credit Cards & PayPal - Online Payments 24/7 Pay your Tax Invoice online securely with your Credit Cards or your PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay by Credit Cards online. Where we have not yet supplied goods or services invoiced, then payment of an Tax Invoice marked for Immediate Payment is a condition before we will provide the goods or services. Once payment has been received and funds cleared then your order will be processed usually either same day or next business day OR within 7 Days at the latest. Tax Invoice - Annual Renewals All Renewal Tax Invoices will be sent out at the end of June that they fall due for renewal. All Renewal Tax Invoices are issued for Immediate Payment and must be paid promptly, and arrive no later than 7 days from the date of issue of the Tax Invoice. 7 DAYS is sufficient time for an internet banking transfer, credit card payment, bank deposit, cheque or any other form of payment to be made, even allowing for weekends and public holidays. Cancellation Policy All cancellations by clients must be in writing within 7 DAYS of the Tax Invoice issue date with no penalty. Any written cancellations received after 7 DAYS then a pro-rata charge for the service ordered/provided will apply plus an administration charge of $33 (gst inc.) - No exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel any orders and remove any listings and or advertisements from our website at anytime, at our discretion.
